Position Overview:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients
Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate and close deals in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to generate leads

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven sales experience in IT/Software/Technology sector (1–3 years preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Good understanding of technology and IT services
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
