• Explain the features, benefits, and charges associated with demat and trading accounts in a clear and customer-friendly manner, assisting prospects throughout the documentation and KYC completion process. Coordinate with internal back-office teams to ensure smooth account activation while maintaining high accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients by providing timely updates on account status, market opportunities, and platform usage. Offer basic guidance on trading processes, investment options, and platform navigation to help customers become active users, thereby improving account utilization and transaction volumes.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by consistently closing demat and trading account acquisitions while maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction. Track daily sales activity, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and follow up with leads until successful conversion. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliant and effective sales practices.
