Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. You will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
•Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
•Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions/products
•Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
•Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
•Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations
•Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently
•Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools
•Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction
•Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Qualifications & Requirements:
•Qualification: Minimum +2 / Graduate (Any stream).
•Freshers can apply; experience in sales/marketing will be an added advantage.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
•Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
•Willingness to travel as needed
