Requirements Educational & Professional Background: Any graduate in any discipline. 1+ year of sales experience—preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services. Core Competencies: Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and meeting sales targets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with merchants and channel partners. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of digital payment products (AEPS, UPI, BBPS) is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential merchants, retailers, and small businesses to onboard them onto TPIPAY’s payment solutions. Present product offerings, demonstrate features, and explain benefits to prospective clients. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of TPIPAY’s merchant network. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on competitor activities.
