Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our industrial sales team. The role involves field sales, customer relationship management, and technical solution selling of industrial tools and equipment. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales and be willing to travel locally and regionally as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new B2B customers in industrial sectors (automotive, manufacturing, fabrication, etc.)
• Conduct field visits to understand customer requirements and present suitable product solutions
• Promote and sell industrial tools and equipment as per company portfolio
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, technical offers, and sales orders
• Maintain and build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and after-sales support
• Maintain sales reports, customer data, and visit logs
• Participate in exhibitions, demos, and product training sessions as needed
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field preferred
• 1–4 years of experience in industrial/B2B field sales
• Familiarity with tools, machinery, pneumatic systems, or engineering products is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, excel and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a strong customer focus and ability to work independently
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or sales reporting
• Must be open to field travel (within city or region)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
