Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate books of accounts in Zoho Books Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure monthly/quarterly compliance Handle TDS calculation, deduction, payment, and return filing Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts receivable/payable Reconcile vendor/customer accounts and handle payment processing Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with PF , ESIC , and Professional Tax regulations Timely deposit and return filing for PF & ESIC Coordinate with HR for monthly salary processing and related compliance Assist in statutory audits , internal audits, and respond to notices if any Generate monthly MIS and financial reports for management Ensure compliance with all other applicable statutory obligations Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar industry Proficiency in Zoho Books and MS Excel Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and statutory regulations Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and work independently Good communication and documentation skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 30/07/2025

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our industrial sales team. The role involves field sales , customer relationship management, and technical solution selling of industrial tools and equipment. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales and be willing to travel locally and regionally as required.
