Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing sales potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance. Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure the sales team is on board. Requirements and Skills. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. Fast learner with a passion for sales. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
