Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling two-wheelers to customers, providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction at the showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable two-wheeler models.
Provide detailed information on product features, specifications, and pricing.
Conduct test rides and explain vehicle performance and benefits.
Prepare quotations, handle negotiations, and finalize sales.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance team for vehicle financing and insurance.
Maintain proper follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
Ensure timely delivery and proper documentation (invoice, registration, etc.).
Maintain cleanliness and display arrangement in the showroom.
Participate in promotional activities, events, and roadshows.
Handle customer complaints promptly and escalate issues when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
