Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive (General Manager – Sales)
Location: Indore
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Industry Preference: Fire Safety, HVAC, Plumbing, or related building services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive (General Manager – Sales) to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or marketing, specifically within the fire safety, HVAC, or plumbing industry, and experience in dealing with building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sector
• Promote and sell fire safety, HVAC, plumbing, or related solutions to contractors, consultants, builders, and project managers
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
• Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in fire, HVAC, plumbing, or similar industry
• Strong knowledge of building project lifecycle and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
