Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive with prior exposure to the healthcare, Ayurveda, or FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Ayurveda medicines, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Ayurveda medicines to pharmacies, doctors, wellness centers, and retail outlets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and channel partners.
• Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits of Ayurveda medicines to customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

Requirements:

• 0.6 months to 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in Ayurveda/Pharma/Healthcare/FMCG industry).
• Basic understanding of Ayurveda and herbal medicine will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel as required.
• Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc / B.Pharma / Ayurveda background preferred).
