About the Role

We are looking for proactive and customer-oriented sales professionals to join Star Health Insurance. The role involves promoting health insurance products, identifying customer needs, and providing end-to-end assistance in policy sales and servicing. Candidates must be confident, target-driven, and able to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Promote Star Health insurance products through tele sales Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to prospects Identify customer needs and recommend suitable health insurance plans Convert potential prospects into customers Manage end-to-end sales cycle including documentation & policy issuance Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics

Required Skills & Competencies
Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer handling ability Target-oriented and self-motivated Negotiation & convincing skills Basic computer knowledge

Eligibility
Graduation preferred (HSC can be considered) Experience in Insurance / Banking / Telecom / BFSI sales preferred Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
