We’re Hiring – Sales Executive (Real Estate) At Investors Landmark

Location: ATS, Sector 132, Noida
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with hands-on experience in real estate lead generation and client conversion. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to generate business through online platforms and direct calling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for property sales.
• Generate qualified leads through real estate platforms, online ads, and social media.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships until closure.
• Explain project details, pricing, and property features clearly to customers.
• Maintain daily reports of leads, calls, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or lead generation.
• Strong knowledge of real estate platforms (MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com, etc.).
• Proven experience in generating and converting leads through ads and calls.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, target-oriented, and good at handling customer queries.
