Key Responsibilities: **

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service:

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide personalized product recommendations and assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product range, including new arrivals, trends, and promotions.
Educate customers about product features, benefits, and care instructions.

Store Presentation:

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Assist with visual merchandising and display updates to enhance the customer experience.

Inventory Management:

Assist with stock management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
Report any inventory discrepancies or stock issues to the Store Manager.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and customer loyalty.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Administrative Duties:

Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Complete sales reports and other administrative tasks as required.
