Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector. Conduct site visits and meetings to understand client requirements and provide product/service solutions. Achieve sales targets through direct sales, lead conversion, and customer engagement. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments Maintaining every day lead activities and site visits in ERP Preferred candidate profile Minimum 2+ years of sales experience , preferably in the construction industry . Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to travel extensively and meet clients on-site. Self-motivated and target-driven approach. Knowledge of construction materials, tools, or related products is a plus. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, Any Degree or PG also preferred Nearby Coimbatore candidates preferred Salary is Negotiable Perks and benefits Salary + Incentives+ perks
