Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive/Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager / Manager

Department: Sales & Marketing

Experience Required: 0 to 10 Years

Location: Mumbai, Vapi,

Reports To: Sales Manager / Marketing Head

Job Purpose:

To generate leads, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets by promoting corrugated box products to existing and new clients in various industries such as FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Electronics, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and contact potential customers through cold calls, emails, market visits, and referrals.
  • Maintain and update a database of prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct regular field visits to understand client requirements and offer suitable packaging solutions.

2. Sales & Business Development

  • Explain product features, advantages, and pricing to customers.
  • Prepare and send quotations, negotiate prices and close orders.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with clients and convert inquiries into sales.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with production/logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Collect feedback for quality improvement and client satisfaction.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategies.
  • Suggest improvements in product range or service offerings based on market feedback.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily/weekly reports of visits, leads, and order status.
  • Assist in preparing monthly sales forecasts and targets.
  • Coordinate with accounts for payment follow-ups.

Key Skills Required:

  • Good communication & presentation skills (Hindi, English, Gujrati, local language).
  • Convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of corrugated box materials, sizes, and applications (can be trained).
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly.
  • MS Office & email writing proficiency.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably BBA/Commerce).
  • MBA in Marketing (optional but preferred).
