Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and executing end-to-end sales processes, including client relationship management, property presentations, negotiations, and closing deals. The role involves working closely with developers, financial institutions, and agents to ensure seamless transactions. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for using data analytics tools to identify market trends and opportunities, and utilizing virtual reality tools to enhance client presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management, negotiations, and closing deals
• Proficiency in using data analytics tools and identifying market trends
• Ability to use virtual reality tools for client presentations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
