Position : Sales Executive (Hardware) Location : Sector 18, Chandigarh Industry : Hardware (Building Materials/Tools/Fittings) Experience : 1–3 years in hardware or building materials sales preferred Salary : As per industry standards + Incentives Joining : Immediate / As soon as possible Job Responsibilities : Actively identify and approach potential customers (dealers, contractors, architects, builders) in the Chandigarh and nearby regions. Promote and sell hardware products including tools, fittings, fasteners, locks, handles, hinges, etc. Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular follow-ups and service. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Provide product information, demonstrations, and quotations to customers. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt sales strategy. Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support. Coordinate with the warehouse or supply team for timely delivery and inventory updates. Maintain daily reports and update CRM or sales tracking tools. Key Requirements : Proven experience in field sales, preferably in hardware, construction materials, or building products. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude. Basic understanding of hardware products and their usage. Willing to travel within Chandigarh and nearby areas. Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduate preferred. Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
