Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their energy needs and budget constraints. Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and available incentives. Conduct site visits to assess feasibility and recommend customized solar solutions. Prepare comprehensive proposals, pricing, and financing options tailored to each client's needs. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all contracts are signed in accordance with company policy. Manage existing client relationships, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the solar industry, including market trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies. Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 2 Years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the renewable energy/power sector. Strong understanding of solar energy technology and its applications. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and meeting quotas. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients. Self-motivated and independent with a strong work ethic. Decent in Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word).
