Job Description

Role & responsibilities Handle routine office administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and maintaining records. Assist in documentation work, including invoicing, billing, and inventory registers. Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence professionally. Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers for daily office requirements. Support the finance team with basic accounting entries, record-keeping, and voucher filing. Maintain a clean and organized office environment. Provide administrative support to team members and management as needed. Preferred candidate profile Graduate in B.Com or equivalent discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration or back-office roles. Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and general computer operations. Familiarity with basic accounting principles is an added advantage. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
