Sales Executive

As a representative working on ground at the merchant during business hours, your role will involve maintaining a strong relationship with merchant staff and brand promoters. You will be responsible for supporting merchants and customers with issues related to loans on the ground, as well as explaining products, their features, and benefits to customers. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring governance adherence, analyzing processes, and sharing best practices with the team. Additionally, you will need to meet or exceed sales targets, coordinate with sales teams to minimize customer drop-offs, and identify and track possible frauds on the ground. Timely communication to stakeholders about any process changes will also be a part of your duties. Qualifications Required: - Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) - Experience: 1 year in Sales The company offers Provident Fund as a benefit and the job type is full-time with a day shift schedule.
