Position: Sales Officer / Sales Executive Location: Kolkata, (West Bengal) Working Area : West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha & Assam Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients. Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Meet and exceed sales targets through active prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery. Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify business opportunities and threats. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales in consumer goods is a MUST. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
