Job Description (Sales Executive)

We are seeking an experienced Broking Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored broking solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored broking solutions

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue and expand client base

- Provide expert advice and guidance on investment products and services

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives

- Collaborate with internal teams, including research, trading and operations to deliver exceptional client service

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in broking, financial services or a related field

- Strong knowledge of investment products, including equities, derivatives and mutual funds

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce or a related field

- NISM-Series-VIII: Equity Derivatives Certification Examination.
