Sales Executive Senior Wellness Programs

Job Description You will be part of a purpose-driven startup focused on providing fitness and wellness services tailored for senior citizens. Your role as a Sales Executive for Senior Wellness Programs will involve the following key responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to effectively convert leads into active clients. - Identify and explore new lead generation channels both online and offline. - Lead and execute offline sales campaigns, community activations, and local partnerships. - Track and nurture leads through the sales funnel using a consultative and empathetic approach. - Understand customer needs and recommend personalized fitness and wellness packages. - Collaborate with marketing and service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention. - Maintain accurate records and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Qualifications Required: - 1+ years of experience in B2C sales, with a proven track record of lead conversion. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Hands-on experience in creating structured sales pipelines. - Confidence in cold calling, upselling, and building long-term relationships. - Mandatory: Prior experience or deep understanding of the fitness and wellness industry.
