As a B2B Sales Executive at our purpose-driven startup in Bengaluru, your role will be crucial in driving our fitness and wellness services tailored for senior citizens. Here's what you can expect: **Key Responsibilities** - Build strong relationships with corporate partners, healthcare centers, retirement communities, and other relevant institutions to drive B2B sales. - Conduct field sales activities such as offline campaigns, community activations, and on-ground outreach. - Manage the full sales cycle with a consultative approach, from lead generation to closing deals. - Understand client needs and propose customized wellness solutions for senior-focused programs. - Collaborate effectively with marketing, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. - Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. **Required Qualifications** - 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of successfully closing deals. - Proficiency in field sales, lead generation, and client acquisition. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to engage in cold outreach, networking, and long-term relationship building. - Prior experience or knowledge of the fitness and wellness industry is highly preferred.
