Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Handle inbound & outbound sales leads

• Meet potential clients and present company products/services

• Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports

• Coordinate with marketing and operations team

• Handle customer objections and negotiations

Skills & Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales (field or inside sales)

  • Generate

    qualified leads

    with optimal CPL (Cost Per Lead)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work under targets and pressure

• Customer-centric approach

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Email)

• Two-wheeler preferred (for field sales, if applicable)

Preferred Candidates:

• Experience in IT services / Digital marketing / Real Estate / Insurance / Loan / B2B sales

• Immediate joiners preferred
