Roles and responsibilities -

  • Customer Engagement:

    Assist customers in selecting products and provide personalized recommendations.

  • Sales Targets:

    Achieve individual and team sales goals.

    Maintain in-depth knowledge of the jewellery collections to educate and inform customers.

  • Upselling & Cross-Selling:
