Sales Executive / Sales Representative

As a Sales Executive at Raj Packliners in the Corrugated Boxes Division, your role will involve expanding the customer base and strengthening existing client relationships. You will play a crucial part in identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring consistent sales growth of corrugated boxes and packaging materials. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities. - Visit industrial clients, manufacturers, and distributors to understand packaging needs. - Present product samples, quotations, and proposals to potential clients. - Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers for repeat business. - Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Prepare daily sales reports and maintain visit logs. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new packaging innovations. Qualifications Required: - Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred). - Experience: 1-3 years in B2B or industrial sales, preferably in packaging, printing, or manufacturing. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and achieve targets. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel locally/within the state.
