Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Engineer Location: Pune Experience Required: 2+ Years Industry: Lithium Batteries / Energy Storage Systems (ESS) / Solar / Inverters Qualification: Any Graduate Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience and skills) Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the lithium battery, ESS, solar, or inverter industry. The role involves expanding the distribution network, handling primary and secondary sales, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities:- Dealer / Distributor Appointment: Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors in the assigned territory. Strengthen the distribution network to ensure wider market reach. Sales Management: Handle primary and secondary sales in the assigned region. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and build strong relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and clients. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities. Share insights with the management to refine sales strategies. Reporting: Maintain sales reports, lead trackers, and visit reports regularly. Provide regular updates to the sales manager regarding territory performance. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in selling lithium batteries, solar products, ESS, or inverters. Strong network with dealers and distributors in the region is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
