Job Description

Role Overview

high-energy, results-oriented Marketing Executive

As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for:

Promoting our
interior design and turnkey project execution services
Generating and nurturing
new business opportunities
Strengthening client engagement through strategic marketing initiatives
Supporting both
on-ground and digital brand activities
Conducting
field visits
and collaborating closely with our design & operations teams

creative marketing, client interaction, and business development

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote our services and build brand awareness
Engage with prospective clients and real estate partners to generate leads
Manage digital campaigns, content, social media, and SEO in collaboration with the design and content team
Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and collaborations with lifestyle and real estate partners
Handle client inquiries, conduct initial consultations, and support the sales pipeline
Track and report performance of marketing initiatives and ROI metrics
Assist in the development of pitch presentations and marketing collateral
Maintain CRM and follow-up systems to ensure smooth client communication

Required Skills & Experience

35 years of experience in marketing/sales (preferably in interior design, architecture, real estate, or premium lifestyle sectors)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and digital tools; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for design and aesthetics
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
