Job Description

A Jewelry Sales Executive drives sales by assisting customers, providing in-depth product knowledge on gems and craftsmanship, processing transactions, and maintaining an attractive store display. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing inventory, ensuring high customer satisfaction, building strong client relationships, and staying updated on current jewelry trends and promotions. Responsibilities: Customer Assistance & Engagement: Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and offer personalized recommendations to help them find the perfect jewelry. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep and up-to-date understanding of jewelry products, including different stones, metals, and craftsmanship, to provide detailed information to customers. Sales & Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed individual and showroom sales targets by effectively promoting products and services. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience. Merchandise Presentation: Maintain the showroom's appearance, ensuring displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing. Inventory & Stock Management: Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and monitoring stock levels to ensure product availability. Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions, including handling payments. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business. Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest jewelry trends and industry developments to provide relevant advice to customers.
