We are on a mission to empower restaurants with tools that drive growth and efficiency. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The primary responsibility will be to onboard restaurants onto the Roll2Bowl platform by pitching our services, building strong relationships, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential restaurant partners across Bangalore. Pitch Roll2Bowl’s value proposition and platform benefits to restaurant owners and managers. Schedule meetings, conduct product demos, and close onboarding deals. Guide restaurants through the registration and onboarding process. Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure successful onboarding and satisfaction. Collaborate with the operations and support teams to ensure a smooth partner experience. Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets. Keep updated records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools. Requirements: Freshers with strong communication skills and a sales mindset can apply. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Proficiency in local languages (Kannada preferred) and English. Familiarity with Bangalore’s restaurant landscape is a plus. Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred. What We Offer: Competitive monthly salary of ₹30,000. Performance-based incentives.
