Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You should be a confident communicator with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales leads, potential clients, and business opportunities. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs. Present and promote products/services to new and existing clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics. Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events when necessary. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Good understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
