Job Description
Eligibility- B. Tech/B. Com/ MBA/ PGDBM or Equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, network and social media.
Follow-up with lead generated online and offline for visit to project.
Communicate with the clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
Generate revenue by sales and maintain records of all sales leads and customer accounts.
Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis
Skills Required:
Good Communication Skills.
Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Willingness to travel as required. (MUST HAVE OWN BIKE.)
