Job Title: Sales Executive – Trimurty
Job Timing: 10:00 AM – 06:30 PM

About Trimurty:
Trimurty is a fast-growing real estate company offering premium residential and commercial properties. Our projects are strategically located in key areas in the Jaipur Line. We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executives to join our team and drive property sales through effective communication, client handling, and a strong understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into property sales.
• Conduct site visits and property showings for prospective clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up with clients regularly to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, property details, and competitors’ offerings.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and events.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Proven experience in selling properties along the Jaipur Line is highly preferred, as our target market includes buyers familiar with this area.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Jaipur and the surrounding areas is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and follow up diligently to close deals.
