Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Nagpur Rural. The Sales Executive will be involved in sourcing, negotiating, and closing real estate deals. They will perform tasks such as identifying potential clients, presenting properties, conducting site visits, and managing client relationships. The role requires active participation in marketing strategies, maintaining property listings, analyzing market trends, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sales, property sourcing, and closing deals
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills
• Knowledge of market trends, property values, and local real estate laws
• Proficiency in digital marketing and using technology platforms for property listings and sales
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in an on-site role and local market expertise in Nagpur Rural is a plus
