Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, showcasing properties, and closing deals. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a customer-first attitude, this is the perfect opportunity to grow in the real estate sector.Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects.Attend inbound leads and convert them into site visits and sales.Conduct property site visits with prospective clients.Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and amenities effectively.Build and maintain relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.Negotiate deals and close sales in a professional manner.Keep up-to-date with the local real estate market, competitor offerings, and industry trends.Follow up with leads via calls, messages, emails, and meetings.Maintain client records and submit daily/weekly sales reports.Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.Experience in real estate sales is preferred, but freshers with strong sales aptitude are welcome.Good communication and interpersonal skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.Must be self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.Basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp Business tools.Must have a two-wheeler and smartphone.Incentives & Benefits:Attractive incentive structure on every successful sale.On-field training and support.Growth opportunities within the organization.Travel allowances (as applicable).
