Job Description

A sales executive at a recruitment firm focuses on selling staffing services by identifying prospective clients, understanding their hiring needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

Generating leads through cold calls, emails, and networking
Following up with prospects and building strong relationships
Presenting and demonstrating products or services to potential customers
Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet or exceed targets
Maintaining client records and tracking sales progress using CRM tools
Providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Any Graduate Previous experience in Sales/Tele Sales.Strong knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and processes
Great creativity and communication abilities
The ability to stay current with marketing trends in the recruitment world
Excellent organizational skills
Generation new business through networking and cold calling. Responsible for being as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Major Skill include experience in Telemarketing, Excellent communication, Negotiation & Persusion skills & Deep Market Knowledge
