Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Conversion Executive (Calling) to convert inbound or pre-qualified leads into paying customers. The role primarily involves calling leads, understanding their needs, addressing queries, and closing the sale. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and persuasive skills with a proven ability to meet sales targets over the phone. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales Strong closing skills and ability to handle objections Excellent communication skills in [Languages – e.g., English, Hindi, etc.] Good understanding of the sales process and customer buying behavior Experience using CRM tools Minimum 2 years of experience Key Skills: Telesales / Telecalling Sales Conversion Objection Handling CRM Management Verbal Communication Customer Relationship Building
