1. Provide prompt and efficient support to customers by answering inquiries, processing orders, and providing product information.
2. Assist in processing orders, ensuring accuracy in details, and coordinating with other departments to fulfill customer requirements.
3. Support the sales team by tracking sales progress, preparing reports, and managing client communications.
4. Assist in following up on quotes and orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
5. Assist in building and maintaining relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for repeat business.
6. Prepare and maintain sales reports, assisting in tracking performance metrics and suggesting improvement strategies.
7. Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including maintaining filing systems, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
8. Direct sales activities to expand the client portfolio.
9. Responding to customer inquiries, chase-up of quotations for orders.
10. Order execution, co-ordination with quality and coordination for dispatch of finished goods to the clients.
11. Follow up for payments, LC documents.
1. Should have exposure to sales in steels industry. With minimum 3 years of experience
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English & Tamil
3. Hindi speaking will be an added advantage
4. Work oriented
