Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back-End Sales Operations Executive to support our sales team by managing the administrative and operational tasks that enable smooth sales processes. This role involves order processing, data management, sales reporting, CRM maintenance, and coordination with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer requirements. Role & responsibilities Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner Maintain and update customer records and sales data in the CRM system Coordinate with logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for management review Support sales representatives with documentation, contracts, and pricing details Assist in tracking sales targets, performance metrics, and incentive calculations Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations Handle customer queries and resolve backend issues related to orders or documentation Identify process improvement opportunities in the sales cycle Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field 13 years of experience in a sales support or operations role Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), Drafting G mail, etc Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines Contact: 9150308303
