Job Description

Get initial 3 months training to understand In depth Sales Operation, Product knowledge and Department SOPs, Sales Reports and ERP process Visiting potential customers for new business Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Get training to draft sales Offers and Product cost calculation for future prospects. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service Coordination with Customers and service team in Warranty period for machine efficiency and any other matter related to customer satisfaction Sales a marketing activities from enquirey generation to installation of Machine Coordination & Follow up for delivery to internal team & Customers. Pre preparation and Representing Rabatex Industries at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations Liaising with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office Any other responsibility given by management or head.
