Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of real estate sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth
- Conduct market research and analyze sales trends to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and report sales performance to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in real estate sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends
