Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and consistently achieve/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments relevant to the Indian market.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales (minimum 2-3 years; B2B sales experience preferred).
  • Fluency in both Hindi and English

     (written and verbal communication). 
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
