Sales Executive

Sales Meetings & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and target potential clients within the HoReCa sector, including hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.
  • Conduct sales presentations and meetings to introduce Acasa's premium products, including sauces and food ingredients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including chefs, procurement managers, and restaurant owners.

Study Product Benefits & Client Applications

  • Thoroughly study Acasa’s product range, understanding their unique benefits, ingredients, and uses.
  • Identify and match how Acasa products can meet the needs of various clients, such as high-end restaurants, boutique hotels, and catering companies.
  • Tailor product presentations to showcase specific product benefits to suit the culinary needs and demands of each client.

Product Demonstrations & Trials

  • Organize and lead product demonstrations and trials to showcase the quality, taste, and versatility of Acasa’s products.
  • Provide technical insights and culinary support to clients, ensuring successful product trials within their kitchens.

Generate Sales And Purchase Orders (POs)

  • Convert successful trials into sales by securing POs from clients.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and follow-up.
  • Track orders to ensure timely fulfilment and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Market Research & Client Potential

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, new trends, and opportunities within the HoReCa sector.
  • Continuously expand the client base by targeting new establishments, studying industry trends, and recognizing gaps that Acasa products can fill.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare detailed reports on meetings, product trials, and sales progress.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer support to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
