The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to provide an excellent customer experience. 🔶 Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction & SalesGreet customers and understand their jewellery requirements Showcase products, explain features, purity, making charges, and pricing Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business Product KnowledgeMaintain strong knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery Explain certifications, hallmarking, stones, weight, karat, and design details clearly Stay updated on new collections and offers Store OperationsHandle billing, invoicing, and payment procedures Maintain cleanliness and display standards in the showroom Ensure stock counting, tagging, and safe handling of jewellery Coordinate with the store manager for stock replenishment Customer ServiceResolve customer queries politely and professionally Assist in after-sales processes such as product exchanges, repairs, etc. Maintain a positive shopping experience for every customer 🔶 Desired Candidate ProfileFemale candidates only 1–4 years’ experience in jewellery/retail sales Pleasant appearance and good communication skills Strong persuasion and customer-handling abilities Comfortable working on weekends and festival days Basic computer & billing system knowledge Ability to explain product details clearly 🔶 Qualifications12th pass or graduate Certification/diploma in retail or jewellery sales (preferred, not mandatory) 🔶 Work TimingsStandard retail working hours Weekly off on rotational basis 🔶 BenefitsAttractive incentives on sales Staff discounts on products Festival bonuses Training on jewellery products and customer handling
