Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive/ BDE/Key account executive-sales(Field Work) at Thrissur (work from town profile), your role involves developing and implementing a sales strategy targeting the market for ready-mix plaster. This includes identifying and engaging potential customers in the construction industry, generating leads through various means, and achieving sales targets. You will be required to have a deep understanding of the company's ready-mix plaster products and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the construction sector, providing personalized product recommendations, and conducting product presentations and demonstrations are also key responsibilities. Additionally, preparing quotes and proposals, negotiating pricing and contracts, and maximizing revenue through sales are part of your duties. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement a sales strategy targeting the market for ready-mix plaster - Identify and prospect potential customers in the construction industry - Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events - Understand and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and technical specifications of ready-mix plaster products - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients - Provide personalized product recommendations and solutions to meet client requirements - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the advantages of ready-mix plaster - Prepare accurate quotes and proposals based on client requirements - Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure sales and maximize revenue **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role - Any graduates preferred If you are looking to join a dynamic team in a full-time role, this position offers travel allowance, food allowance, and incentives.
