Identify and onboard new HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) clients in assigned territory Cater and Service all kirana and MT stores. GT knowledge Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers Ensure timely order taking, coordination with the delivery team, and follow-ups Conduct product demos and communicate product benefits Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and report performance to Sales Manager Gather market intelligence and competitor insights regularly Resolve client queries and complaints effectively Promote upselling and cross-selling of Urban Harvest products Ensure customer KYC and documentation is properly collected
