Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SALES EXECUTIVE to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, networking, and market intelligence.Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate and relevant client information.

Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.

Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed individual and team targets.Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Negotiation and Closing:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals effectively.

Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure client satisfaction.Provide customer feedback to the management team to improve products and services.

Reporting:

Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Track and measure sales performance against targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree any related field.Experience: Minimum 1-5 years of experience in sales or a related role. [Specify industry if needed.]Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and basic digital tools.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Sales Acumen: Ability to understand customer pain points and offer solutions.Negotiation: Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.Goal-Oriented: Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
