You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, networking, and market intelligence. Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate and relevant client information. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed individual and team targets. Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Negotiation and Closing: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals effectively. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure client satisfaction. Provide customer feedback to the management team to improve products and services. Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Track and measure sales performance against targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree any related field.
