Role & responsibilities Identify and approach restaurants, cafs, and hotels in respective cities to generate new business leads. Pitch and promote , highlighting quality, supply consistency, and value. Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, F&B managers, and purchasing teams. Negotiate pricing, order volumes, and delivery terms to close deals effectively. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and fresh deliveries. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Achieve monthly sales targets and expand client base within the assigned cities. Submit weekly reports on leads, conversions, and client engagement activities. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 25 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the food & beverage, hospitality, or fresh produce industry. Prior experience dealing with hotels, restaurants, cafs, or food distributors is highly desirable. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory). Location Advantage: Based in or willing to travel frequently within Pune, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Goa (Respective Cities as per hiring) . Local market knowledge and existing network in the hospitality sector in these cities is a significant advantage. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Target-driven with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales goals. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Personality Traits: Self-motivated, confident, and presentable. Passionate about food, quality produce, and sustainability. Willingness to hustle and grow with a fast-paced, growing business. Language: Proficiency in English is required. Local languages (Marathi, Telugu, Gujarati, Konkani/Hindi) are a plus for smoother client interaction.
